For sale is the GT55-based “promod” turbo from my MKIV Supra. I’ve decided to convert my Supra back to a street car and am parting out its promod turbo system. This turbo made 1,221whp @ 38psi on my 3.0L 2JZ.

This is not a Precision Turbo promod turbo, but rather a Garrett GT55-based promod-sized turbo.

• Recently rebuilt with an 11-blade 94mm compressor wheel by ARM Turbo and Tuning

• Swaintech White Lightning ceramic coated TiAL 1.30 A/R turbine housing

• 3” Adel Wiggins-style weld ferrule on compressor outlet

• #4AN oil feed flange and fitting included

• S&B Filters 6” velocity stack screen filter included

• All turbo V-band clamps included

This turbocharger’s compressor housing was poorly powder coated wrinkle black. The compressor cover will need to be stripped and recoated to achieve proper aesthetics. Other than this aesthetic issue, the turbo is ready to make big power at its new home.
